Edit: Answered. Looks like I'm making a shorty exhaust. Wish me luck.
Where can I buy this exhaust (pic, appears to be M4)? And if that's not possible, how dramatically could a new slip-on affect airflow? (ie how much tuning will be required?)
I had a gentle lowside that ruined the can. Immediately after, a kind racer advised me to use a piece of stock aluminum to protect the can (just a little too late). Anyway, the can needs replacing, but it appears that M4 has moved to a new can design, and I have no idea if the flow is the same or if the mounting is similar. I'm also hoping this won't be an issue at NYST this weekend - it's surprisingly not that loud...

How about cutting it just past the edge of the tear, pulling out the rivots on the pipe side and removing the broken portion, then rivoting the unscathed portion to the pipe end? I think JC was telling me that this is not hard, and I remember seeing an instructional video on here somewhere. This would obviously depend on the integrity of the piece that connects it to the pipe.
Edit: I have no idea how many pieces a "full exhaust" is, but you get the idea.

I did check ebay, but sadly didn't see the exact same can...
