Anyone have any beginner dirt bikes collecting dust? One of my sons is asking for one and is gaining interest. I definitely have to entertain it. Let me know if there is anything available that anyone might know of.
Thank you
We have a Baja 50. Actually, now that I think of it, it may be a 70. It's one of the cheapo Tractor Supply jobbies, kind of like a CRF knock-off. We bought it on the cheap for my son years ago and quickly realized at his age he was too big for it. It's been sitting at my buddy's shop for years collecting dust and would definitely need a strong going through.
At this point, I think we'd be happy to see it go SOMEWHERE and get used. FWIW - the Baja 70 is more akin to the CRF 50, power-wise. If it worked out for us our plan was to swap the motor out for something with a little more punch as he grew. But as I said, within a couple weeks we knew it was just too small.
It's no show stopper, that's for sure. But a good douching should get it up & running in short time. There's really not much to them. On the other hand, I can't guarantee it'll even be worth the drive up from Worcester. It's been sitting for quite some time.
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
not collecting dust but will be putting our CRF50, CRF110 and TSX125-BW up for sale soon. all three in excellent condition.

Thanks guys. I will pm you. Just to correct my collecting dust comment. I kinda meant sitting and not using, willing to sell. I know sometimes people have stuff not up for sale but no longer using. Thank you
I saw a 1974 MR50 for sale. Real spoke wheels,2T, 3 speed with clutch. $2,495. My parents paid $375 brand new for mine. Should have kept it I guess. At that price I couldn’t see letting any kids ride it. Sorry to hijack but it’s is a 50cc.
