So I got the Aquaphor stuff yesterday, and put some as soon as I walked out of the pharmacy. Instant relief from the itching. But it doesn't last for long it seems...the itching is just driving me nuts. And this is only for the outline...I'm not looking forward to what it will be once it's filled with color...I'll want to claw myself. Plus...I just realized yesterday that this will be done only one week prior to my trackday.

a little itchiness is normal, but if its severe then your artist is going too deep with his needle. i wouldnt recommend criticizing your artists work but i would mention that the new ink has been itching severely

Tonight I got the black shading done and he started the color on the dagger and he did the flames...my skin is literally on FIRE now... BUT...it looks AWSOME.

I have to go back for a third session! And damn, do I like my guy, he's super cool. Any of you need more ink, I recommend him 100%

I suffered a really, really bad migraine yesterday (the worst in many years) and was throwing up like a dog all night and didn't get sleep at all...getting tattooed tonight drained me even more. I'm tired, in pain so I will post pics tomorrow after a good night sleep.

Not at all... My brother and I are 10 years and 1 day apart. His birthday is May 6th, mine is May 7th, which makes us both Tauruses. So the bull represents that, his eyes are red because I've got quite the temper, but the sun reminds me to take a moment to enjoy my time in the sun. My brother has the same tattoo on his shoulder. My brother and I are best friends, we've both been the rock for each other through everything in our lives.

The only thing I want to add is the words "CHOOSE HAPPINESS", because that's my person mantra.

Niiiiice! My brother and I both take the week of our birthdays off and go on vacation together every year. We switch off every other year getting to choose where we go. This year he chose Portland, OR so he could see his old OSU buddies. So we flew in Sunday, Monday is Cinco De Mayo , Tuesday was his birthday, Wednesday was mine, Thirsty Thursday, then out Friday and Saturday. My liver hurt for about a month after I came back.

Every single element in this tattoo has meaning to me. The dagger in the heart, along with the vines with thorns is for many heartaches and pains. The flames represent the fire inside of me, passion, strength, strong will. The vines becoming flowery and with leaves are for life, joy, renew...and the two butterflies near my heart are my daughters. Both will have each their own colors, one with shades of green (my oldest favorite color) and the other one with dark pink shades (for my youngest favorite color). The dagger stone will be my birth stone, garnet (bloody red).

Very nice!!! beautiful!!!! As long as you got meaning to it, doesn't matter how big it is! I got my butterflies and it has the meaning- yes few inches bigger than i expected for a first tattoo to be, but i am happy and the butterlies are Me, not just random bugs flying around my back

Well funny thing is...there is nothing else to look at on this picture. You see more butt crack (apparently) on the first pic with boxer shorts than this one. And if you get excited by a black lace bra showing absolutly no boobs, well...there is a problem. LOL All there is to see is a back and some skin, no worse than a bikini picture for sure. That's the furthest I would go as far as showing "some" skin on here.
