looking for advice on a windows laptop that has a fine tip stylus that's rugged and under 12" screen...it doesn't have to fold or be convertible (would prefer if it doesn't)...also doesn't matter if it's an older model cause they tend to be cheaper to replace when broken in the field...on screen arrow should follow stylus when not physically touching screen
currently running a bunch of toshiba portege m700 laptops that have proven solid and reliable...the only issue with these is the graphics card isn't good enough to keep up with the amount of data that has to regenerate on screen during panning on certain jobs...and IT doesn't want to bother with replacing graphics cards...
