I want to replace the stockers with aftermarket but this shit is all new to me. Good company - any suggestions? Not brutally expensive but strong, those are the requirements. Thanks

IMS is also a good shifter.
I believe (didn't take the time to look at the FAQ) that Suzook DR650 pegs from earlier models fit (and are serrated MX style).
Also, any questions can be answered by Fred at Arrowhead Motorsports in Moab. He's a great guy and sort of the unofficial KLR guru.
Thanks guys. The FAQ section says that the IMS is longer than stock - with size 15 I thinky I will go with that one. Awesome.

I went with the Moose footpegs.
Just be sure to order the 1/2 inch rear offset ones. Since the pegs are wider than stock, if you don't get the rear offset, you lose space between your foot and shifter.
Good to know. I was looking stuff up and was reading about how people are having problems with the IMS and scraping it on the gearbox because it's longer. I think I'm gonna end up going with the Moose - I just wish I could have an option for colors. I didn't realize how expensive the footpegs were...
