Ok so after going to the dealership again today 2 new contestants have been added to the list... and are at the top of the list as of now....




I am leaning more towards the speed triple due to the more comfortable ergos... but the 675 is damn sexy also. I know someone on here has the speed triple 1050. Any input on the bike so far? Also if anyone has the 675 and would like to chime in I'd appreciate it.

I think most of the complaints with the speed Trip is that there is nothing to block wind and it sucks on the highway, other then that most love them I think, I know I wouldn't kick one out of bed..

Yea that is my only primary concern at this point. Triumph does sell the factory fly screen but I wonder how much wind protection it actually does offer.

Always wanted a speed trip, supposed to handle well, sound incredible and are dead sexy, but alas I found a deal on a VFR I could not pass up.
