Took a 2 day rest
Beautiful morning to ride in
Don't put the bikes away yet. Monday looks like mid 60's :yesway:
Lovely ride this morning, had to watch out for the melting snow, made some corners slippery.
nice to clean out some cobwebs
30 on the way in tonight. Must find the wire harness for the gerbings.
Went for a nice ride this afternoon, two-up with my wife. 41ºF (5ºC) -- a little chilly, but not too bad.
PhilB
did yesterday and will tomorrow. was running too late today.
typically try to if its above freezing.
Yup still ridin...
Rode in Wednesday. Off today to get the car in for service. Back on the bike Friday. Still seeing a full line of bikes and scooters where I park in Cambridge.
Today was a bit chilly, I think it will be the last day with jeans. Switching to riding pants starting tomorrow.
The Explorer was side lined for a few weeks. Got it back today and tomorrow morning I'm riding in.
I rode yesterday. I need to start looking into heated gloves. With the rest of my normal gear (and an insulated flannel over my jacket) my hands are the only things that get uncomfortably cold on my commute, although it's only been down to 40 so far for my rides.
30 degree this morning... oi!
No....
...but, still riding!
I've stopped using the bike as my regular commuter for the simple reason that it's pitch black out by the time I leave work, and riding home on the interstate when it's dark out (and in northern Vermont it gets REALLY dark, especially when the moon's obscured or not up yet) just seems like more of a risk than it's worth. I still use the bike one or two days a week though... and I'll be riding on weekends until the roads are slippery.

Bike and scooter overflow in Harvard Square today...more than I've seen this past month that I've been coming here weekdays including several different bikes plus a 2013 F800R (blue and white.)
I have a reasonably short commute to work <=10 miles. No heated grips, no electric liners..still fun :hbang2:
Click Click .. Medium. Warm and comfortable..
It my legs didn't feel like Joel and Bill didn't beat them with a ball bat on Saturday.. I would have still be riding. Maybe tomorrow.
They are good like that.
