    got a chance to take a few vids at work today (riding to jobsite) again, I screwed up, forgot to rotate the lense, so I rotated the video in MS MovieMaker

    it give a perspective similar to what I see riding except i don't have the blinders on my peripheral vision, you can see the bike move with the road surface, especially when I hit the loose 1½" stone

    our in Framingham? where the hell is a road like that around here?

    now since i think about it. how long did it take for you to get that camera position? it looks pretty perfect?

    I did some quick trial & error with duct tape before I peeled the sticky off my profile mount, the position is perfect almost dead center top of my helmet, the camera mounts on its side with the switch easily accessible with my left hand you can see I had my visor up, if it was down, you'd barely see my helmet , with the lens rotated 90°, everything is upright in wide screen format but the view is above my instrument cluster

    I just set my Roam to 960p 4:3 aspect, still 170° view, maybe get a chance in next few days

    a 3rd from today

    I'm waiting for a return label to send my Roam back. After I installed the firmware update, it stopped recording any audio at all. Good customer service from Contour so far though.
