    Back in the day I use to wheel my hurricane down to the willows at 110 ish past the power company and around tourist traffic ........ yeah I was 19 and full of my self *I won't let that happen to me*

    doesn't make me proud ..... just sayin ...... if you live in that area *tourists in Salem* can be ummmmm ..... you know

    doesn't make pointing the finger any more helpful ..... hopefully the guy survives.

    About highway pegs, I see way too many doods on their cruisers with their ankles draped over the pegs, legs stretched out full-front and elevated like a woman in the stirrups at the OB/GYN. It's no way to control a motorcycle, highway or city, and I see an awful lot of it in the city/suburb riders in traffic. It not only doesn't look cool, it's a silly way to ride and especially in traffic.

    wow thats scary. i live about 5 mins away from the willows and was planning on riding down there today.

    hope the guy makes a good recovery and learned a lesson at the same time.
