Deal's Gap 2005 Part II, Return of the Dumb

Ok, talked to Ron just now.

The Point (new house) is open. It's got a hot tub, pool table, ping pong, etc. It's brand new and it has 6 DOUBLE beds (none of that twin shit). Price is $900 for the week(special NESR discount). So far here's the list:

Me
Mike
Jay (hope so)
Keith
Jenn
Uncle Snake(?)

With 6 of us going that would be a little over $150 per person for the entire sunday to saturday week. The diposit would be about $50 a piece.

Ok, lets get this list done by the end of the week. Ron penciled me in, but I gotta let him know at the end of the week. So who is in?

We have the house from the 4th to the 10th of september. That means we can leave Saturday AM, stay over in Bristol and go straight to the house Sunday.

Leave Saturday evening the 10th, be home early evening Sunday (with stayover in Bristol again).

What I was going for in my prev. post was that I would be in Georgia for a zrxoa event and would be hitting the gap at some point. Sorry for the confusion. Was that the ony house open? Just checking to see if we can do it a bit cheaper. Not much interest is going to cost us few more. Hey if it's $200/week for the house per I will still go!

4th to the 10th is from Ron's mouth directly. I'll have to ask him why it's short by a day. I did ask for that week, perhaps he assumed I'd only be interested in those days.

The Point is the only house that is open for that week. The first people staying in it were this week. It's brand new and Ron said he will have pictures up later this week on www.thetreetops.com for us to check out.

I'm willing to do the full $200. Still a damn cheap vacation!

Talkin to the boss today about my vacation.....throwing a BBQ for the team right before I meet with him, hopefully it'll butter him up

Ok just asking.. Like I said I'll pay whatever to go again! Looks like we will have to keep this to 6/7 people! Thats the perfect size group for down there!

Any of youz want to leave Thursday night and crash at a local hotel in Bristol late Thursday, then stay at a local place in Murphy or Robbinsville Friday night and ride all day Sat & Sunday????

This might be what I do as long as I get a Co-Pilot!

I'll try to get the week but I know I can't take the etra day to leave early. Is it really worth it Mike? You know how the traffic and cops are down there on the weekends. If we have 9 beds, why not look for 9 people, riders that we know and have ridden with and approve of of course.

Hmmm.....racebike with a couple lights rigged up?

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday......

Sunday to Saturday.... that's 7 days......
