My Boss still has not signe my vacation request...

Maybe I wont remind him and get a phone call like the last day I took off with a request. He called me three times wondering where I was and saying it wasn't like me to not show/ not call.. I never called, I waited till I showed up in work for him to ask me so I could throw it in his face I gave him the vacation request and even talked with him about it, and he said is was fine, but never signed and returned the request form.. Fuck him.... I'm going on vacation...

Oh I just installed my CB and K40 antenna for the trip down!
This is actually only going to get used on the ride down to deals gap to listen for smokie alerts and to give KB & Jenn a hard time all the way down without A/C without a DVD, and with out Sirus radio!!!!

Mike, now that I see we can get into the house Sunday morning, why are we leaving Friday night again?

Wouldn't it make more sense to leave Saturday morning?

Or do ya wanna drive through Friday night, stay over saturday night, etc?

KLR got about 150 miles over the weekend. Woulda been more but the "6 hour" clutch swap on my buddies Taco ended up taking 21 hours. God damn I need a compressor and air tools.....

It ran kinda shitty when I got it. Was always keeping RPM's after pulling in the clutch and letting off the gas. Engine speed would drop, just much more slowely than I like. Ran a 1/3 can of Seafoam through the tank and problem solved!!!!!! That stuff is AWESOME!

Clay you need to clear this up with Ron.

The house rental has always been Saturday to Saturday. We can get into the house around 3PM Saturday and have to be out the following Sat by 10 or 11?

This is the mis-communication that we ran into last year and we got shorted a day. When we got back from our ride the next group was outside waiting for us to clear out our stuff so they could move in on Sat...

If we leave Friday after 6 we can miss all the traffic and make great time. I dont think we should bother staying anywhere along the way just drive staight through, If we get tired just pull over and rest for a few hours in the truck. Bring a pillow for the ride! As you saw the truck is very comfy! Does this sound ok.

I talked with KB Yesturday and they are planning on driving striaght through. We are going to plan to meet up with them in route and have ourselves a caravan down. We can play with the CB all the way down..

Alright, I'll call Ron today to make sure the dates are correct. I got us the 4th to the 11th. The 4th is a Sunday and the 11th is a sunday. Sunday to sunday. I'll make sure he understands this and see what the deal is.

Yeah, I got my big ramp, its the fold in half 6 footer. Will work with yours if you can park in a ditch or get the back end down a little. You can come get it any time this week.

No, I am not happy.. THIS DAY FUCKING SUCKS.. & The rest of the week is not looking any brighter..... It's 6 PM and I am still here.
