Doesn't look like they'll have the curbing behind the teeth like at VIR.

Much ado about nothing. That looks great, you should have signed one while you were there. Thanks Johnny!
Looks good. Thanks for keeping us up on it John!

My assumption is that this curbing on the inside of 3 is the same as what is in turn 9....which was no problem at all. It did not have the little upright "wall" that the stuff from VIR has. The key words here are "more runoff".....anytime that you hear those words - it's always a good thing. I applaud those guys for taking the initiative to remove obstacles and add airfence.....anytime you do either of those things, we are ALWAYS better off.
i look forward to riding on the new stuff

Bergs, my post followed yours, but wasn't directed at you.
It DOES seem to me that people complain no matter what they try to do at the track. I remember panicking every time they changed something, so I understand it, but I have a little distance from it now, and it looks pretty silly to me.
Anyway, What Eric said is really the important part. More runnoff is what was desperately needed, and we got it. Let's sing praises!!!
Turn 3 exit
i really like the improvement to the outside of T3 - just past the tires as you transition over the Nascar ovalgoing up the hill.
The old lip and drop off that ran up the hill and small gravel pit would hurt people who ran wide into it and then trying to get back on the track (especially track day riders)

Looks pretty good. No catch fence between 4 and 8?

So they aren't doing the backwall thing that VIR did... that's what I was worried about.
Looking good!
Looks like the beach area is cleaned up nicely too

I didn't get a good look at it yesterday, but the little I saw and the little feedback I heard was positive. Runoff is always good, and I think the curbing will be fine. It looks nice and open now, which is great.
