Only real way to find out its value is to sell it :-)

You probably know this market better than me but -

Is/was it a track bike?
Slip on M4s or full system? Sato and Akropovic seem to be the most desirable exhaust-wise
Stock plastics? Or similar? I see lots of bad fairing/paint decisions on these

Like so many rad things now, it’s sick, and unavailable now. So, limited supply. I would just post it with an optimistic price and see what happens?

What about putting it on BaT or eBay with a high reserve on the off chance a bidding war really benefits you.

And if it doesn’t meet the reserve, the bids should reflect “market”?

Then post it on CL or cycletrader slightly higher than that? Spring IS coming. I took the Triumph out today

BAT will insist on no reserve. Unless its a best in class unit like the low mileage, bone-stock, Hayden rep. You'll have to go thru a process to get in on the site. iirc they require you to use one of their photographers and you won't know exactly when it will go live. Probably not worth it unless you really want to sell it and there's always the chance it hammers for $4k.

So many miles... That being said my gsxr 400 had about 60k miles on it before the head gasket popped. Not so easy to get parts for these days

It’s odd, I’m not a huge Honda fan, but I’ve recently had a boner for an 04-07 1000rr, I’d even settle for an 07 and up 600rr

That under tail looks better than almost every one I've seen. Looks fairly easily reversible

Can you elaborate? The one I own was the first one delivered in the New England area. The only thing I can think of that would be close to your description was the supposed issue with head shake that Suzuki did a recall on and added a steering damper. Other than that I don't recall anything to do with the steering neck of the bike having issues. Just curious what it is you are describing.
