It's a little rougher than I'd like, but I've been looking to blow a few grand on something sporty and fun. I wish this one was cleaner though. I'd feel better if it was $2500-3k, though it's been listed for a while, so there may be some room.

Far better shape, but certainly not pristine. I'm guessing this one goes for around $6k.

Way too much for that. It's just an f3 with fancy colors and I'm pretty sure that's the one from Charlton that sold last year for $2k.
F2's and f3's are pretty interchangable so look for either one. Personally I go for the f2 versions and put a better suspension on it and call it a day. Plus the f2 usually have the better color schemes. Realistically you should be paying 2-2500 for these. If you haven't ridden one they are kinda boring bikes. Very linear power delivery so they aren't snappy fun. Honda reliability is what makes them worth anything. If you want fun grab a gsxr. If you want headaches grab a zx6. If you want small and flickable grab an fzr. If you want plain and reliable grab the CBR.
