Yeah. They are real bargains in the ev world. I'm going to possibly pick one up in a few hours. I'm still trying to navigate the mass morev rebate though so that might put a damp on things a little. I can get the $3500 rebate but on used cars it takes so e time to process. That's where I'm at now. I did speak to the rebate people today and they are working on it but it's not instant like a new EV.
I'm also eligible for an extra thousand if I trade in my Miata, which is hard to do when it's buried under snow and surrounded by unplowed streets. I'm hoping they can send a tow truck to grab it. I won't get much for it but with with the added rebate and sales tax discount i think it will be a fair price fur a Miata in the dead of winter.

It was a Kia Nero full EV. It was a rental and nothing special. It was a decent little car though for an appliance car. Lot of stupid point and squirt. One pedal driving is a trippy at first. I know that's no big deal to most here, but.it was new to me.Quote:

I'm having a harder and harder time not buying one. Quite ready to be done with IC for my daily driver. Our catch is we need a distance, no range anxiety people hauler and a local commuter. The local commuter is the obvious role. But our 16 year old Corolla with a stick has been paid for for a really long time, is a giggle to drive, and just refuses to stop going.
If someone comes out with a decent EV minivan I'm in.
I'm on the fence for trading our Odyssey for a hybrid Sienna. 50% better mileage. Although non-removable 2nd row, so no pickup truck mode. Although if they made PHEV version I would probably be in.
