Create a stand for it, then a rack for the top end that can support the tabletop.

Clean it up and make a shallow stand for it. Then build a glass top coffee table around it, it will make for a beautiful conversation piece in the living room.

I think Yamaha made a frame that it would fit in nicely.

You should probably look for one of those to keep it in.

If I were you i'd swap the engines every 2 seasons, make sure you don't get that valve issue again.... You're always looking for new projects anyway..

It’s sitting in our sunroom and I haven’t done anything with it yet this season. I need to find a dyno/tuner to at least tune it so it’s a bit more rideable also.
I have a large selection of spares for it, if I find a frame/swingarm/front end combo, I probably have enough parts to put together a 2nd bike.

I do really like the 2026 70th color combo, I’ve got the matching R9

There’s a guy in Thailand that has nice one, though it’s painted blue and has an EFI R1 engine for somewhere around $20k. The Yamaha blue/block color scheme looks really sharp on the bike.
