The Curbs at Chang suck MM was going to save it. amazing till it wasn't .
Another great season finale shaping up between these two. I’m pulling for Pecco to do it again as I prefer him as a rider/personality…have a preference towards quiet professionals.
I went to MMI I know what Im doing here chief
Martin has grown up this year. It's a big reason why he is still leading the championship. Rooting for him.
THAT was an entertaining race
was concerned early on I was going to be disappointed with the final result, but that was great.
Wow - you could sense how relieved everyone was who finished the full race!
I’m a little surprised about the sprint and track limits. I don’t think Jorge would have made the pass without running wide, I was expecting them to give the position back. He went wide on the blue a couple times before and I counted one more on the green. He technically followed all the rules and I think Jorge would have gotten him back if they did make him give the position back, so I’m not losing sleep over it.

Talk about holding your breath for what seemed longer than a world cup soccer game.. Wow.. Rivetting race.
I really wanted Paco to hold up and let old man Miller get on the box.. But he's paid to race hard and that he does..
Glad to see El Diablo sniffing around the front half of the grid now and then..

replay of Moto2 on right now for anyone who missed it
Sprint race! Wooha. one small mistake and it's a wrap.
That sprint gave me anxiety. Wow. What a pressure cooker

Sunday's main event will be one to watch.
1st five laps were intense. Pecco was on a mission and Martin tried but after running wide said 2nd is good. 24 points is a lot to make up in one weekend if he stays upright. The way he's riding he will be champ after Barcelona. Sprint races have been the difference. Pecco wins ten races and will be 2nd Amazing. In the old format he wins the title again. 25 will be interesting.
Wow!
We are super lucky Jack Miller is still on the right side of the grass and walking. Not sure how he managed that but thank goodness.
The first few laps were some of the best action in the history of the sport IMO. Super intense respectfull racing at the highest level.
Pleased to see my man Fabio pick himself and limp to a back up bike and ride to a solid finish. Those guys had a pretty good showing too. Too bad the camera could not have been on both groups.
The final round is going to be something!!!!!!

Was holding my breath for Jack real tough crash, was glad to see him walking with his wife after that one. Speeks volumes about being fit and having the best gear and a little luck.We are super lucky Jack Miller is still on the right side of the grass and walking. Not sure how he managed that but thank goodness.
Fun weekend. Plenty of excitement, without the insane last laps. And oh man that Q2 was insane.
I think those first few laps started as a fight for clean air but turned personal quickly. Jorge has an axe to grind with Ducati and wants to show it by beating Pecco every time they're on the track. Pecco needed to stake his claim and back up his 2x world champions. He likely won't win his third this year, but he wants it known he's just as good and even better than Jorge in a straight up fight.
IT WAS AWESOME.
These 2 are just so much better than everyone else (besides Marc). I really Wish Marc, Pecco, and Martin were all going to be on GP24s next year. Aprilia are lost at the moment. I expect we'll see glimmers of Martin next year and some wins, but it won't be at the consistent level as Pecco and Marc. Digia could be the dark horse. And if KTM figures out the Ducati rear tire....Pedro will be there reguarly.

I'm glad you guys said something about Q2. Holy cow!
I've been rooting for close racing as much as I've been rooting for Pecco, so no matter who wins this year I've still loved this whole season.

Ok its on! Pecco did exactly what he had to. I think Jorge rode a good race but seemed to be a bit risky at times. He doesn't have to do that but I get it. I think he has to finish 9th or better tomorrow to win the championship if Pecco wins. I'd say no problem as long as he can keep it on two wheels. Looking forward to this one.
It’s all but written now. 9th feels like a lock for JM given his grid position and today’s performance. Stranger things have certainly happened, but I think he got the monkey off his back after last season’s collapse.
Either way it goes, we’re super fortunate to still be racing meaningful races at the last race of the season. Bravo FB and JM.

Congratulations to the Champ. he Did what he had to do. Pecco also disserves Congratulation also. Ran a prefect weekend. M&M third overall makes a statement for next year. Boring race for a final but great season overall. Moto 2 race was awesome.
Fantastic season. I wanted to see Pecco do it again, but all respect to JM. After all said and done, Pecco made 1 more costly mistake than Jorge….its all about staying on the bike. Mathematically, it’s really incredible that it came down to the final race.
Can’t wait to see what Jorge does on the Aprilia, there has yet to be a top tier talent on that bike. I expect it’s going to be a step back, but I’d love to be surprised and see someone break the Ducati monopoly.
What a great time to be a fan!

My sentiments exactly.
As much as I wanted to see Pecco three-peat, I think I actually enjoyed watching JM take it more. He's a very deserving Champion and seeing that elite club of MotoGP Champions grow by one when a rider gets their first is special. So many things have to go JUST right... and with the move to Aprilia next year, surely he won't get another chance in 2025.
Only thing I'll add is... WHAT A BORING GP!!! But with so much riding on the line it was pretty much the race that I expected. You knew the only rider on the grid that was going to risk anything was Pecco... and MAYBE Marc. You could tell he wanted the win but Pecco was just too on it.
I can NOT wait to see Pecco and Marc in the same garage next year. My MM93 prediction was spot on for this year (top three in the championship). I genuinely believe it'll be either Pecco or Marc taking home the Championship next year... and I think I'm leaning in favor of MM93.

So... as much as I like seeing new champions getting crowned, there is undeniably something special about Marc.
2010 125cc Championship,
2012 Moto2 Championship,
2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 MotoGP Championships...
The first since Kenny Roberts in 1978 to accomplish the premier class title in his first season, and the youngest ever to win it.
And the incredible riding style and skill displayed on the Honda & The GP23 Duc... his highlight reel is just insane.
To do all that, then go through what he did for as LONG as he did with the whole broken humerus debacle, a return to Championship winning form would be great to see.
... But just ONCE!![]()
