That tech is cool. I'm also a fan of the offshore green hydrogen which has been pioneered by plug power.

I should mention that the Endurance did make it. They're technically producing EV trucks. Less than 50 will be sold in 2022.

This is good news whether you are a an IC knuckle dragger or EV acolyte. Or both, or neither. Most capacity innCA and TX.

“ Power utilities in the United States could triple their battery storage capacity in the coming three years, as new projects grow bigger while wind and solar capacity expand, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Thursday.

Developers and power plant owners reported plans to increase utility-scale battery storage from 7.8 gigawatts (GW) in October this year to 30 GW by the end of 2025, according to the EIA's Preliminary Monthly Electric Generator Inventory.

Battery storage capacity, which only started to take off in the United States in 2020, was expected to reach 9.1 GW by end-2022, before doubling in 2023 to 19 GW and hitting 28.4 GW in 2024.”

It's about 10 miles or so from the resort. I'd be worried about the river and my drinking water more.

Screw Auger Falls is one of my favorite ride destinations on a hot summer day

I wonder where the best access is from, Grafton Notch? Success, NH ? Sunday River ?

It's in-between 26, 2 and 5. Just depends on what side of Plumbago it's on. We're below Howard pond so we're keeping an eye on this. Everyone will be up in arms on that pond so we'll see what happens. We took our engagement photos on a ridge opposite Plumbago over the pond so I selfishly hope it doesn't get destroyed. Nor our well water. Or the lithium runs so far down the hill our land is very valuable, then fuck my nimby ass.

I was under the impression it was on the other side of 26

I'm not sure exactly, but I seem to remember it being around Plumbago. It certainly could be on the SR side of 26. Is there any way to look up where they own land?

Major progress on fusion announced. " produced more energy from fusion than the laser energy used to drive it." Seems like we went from permanently 30 years away to permanently 29 years away.

The ironic thing is that the Prius is now a pretty sporty offering (for a Yota) while still being super efficient. The Corolla Hybrid is now the Hello Kitty version of that platform

Lexus will come out with one and slap an "F-sport" label on it. Effectively the mens car for $20k more.

And if you line them all up side by side the only way to tell them apart is manufacturer badge. Everything looks the same now, manufacturers are very boring with their styling choices.
