Finally had to get some new tires for the worthless electric vehicle. Made it about 31k on the stockers, just hitting the wear bars. Not terrible considering the weight/power of this thing.

Decided to switch to 20" wheels for more tire choices (ANY tire choices really compared to the 21's). With lightweight wheels, and lightweight tires, I'm actually seeing better efficiency than the stock road 21's. Can't complain with that!

Unfortunately they are hard to come by for a fair price now. Maverick owners are by nature cheap, so they have scooped all the well priced Volvo wheels.

Found my first real limitation on the truck for camper duties.

The AC outlet in the bed will power everything other than the air conditioner. Wondering if a soft start kit will remedy that, but would rather not toss the $250 at the experiment.

If anyone has a camper with a 15k btu AC unit that has a soft start kit, I'd love to plug it into my truck and see if it'll handle the load without tripping.

I've heard that about the S too. Mine has been great, but I'm betting they didn't really account for the added weight on the back of the S. Probably an easy fix with valving programming, but if so, they likely would of done so already.

Some say its porpoising, but its more that that. Its a very low frequency wobble, hard to describe it. I don't think it can be fixed without new air springs. Confidence in handling forces you to back-off. Its bad when you're giving it the full can of beans in Auto. Overall still a great ride, just can't go at full tilt unless you're setup in sport mode and have the ability to smoothly take corners. Its uniquely bad too. I don't think any other SUV has both this much instant power and an air suspension to recreate the problem.

I've been in a few 1k plus cars. Mostly full out drag stuff but a full street trim Supra as well. All were just mind numbing fast. That's what help me decide I don't need to own it haha. Super light with 500 plus gets me just right.

Nice, love turbos but can't beat a roots/screw for driving everyday. Companies are getting good with hiding all sorts of limp mode triggers in the ECUs I guess. I think the hellcat motor had a bunch of that going on with the ecu. When we stop dumping obscene money into our house I hope to get something to wrench on with the boy.
